Push away the bad and pull in any good you can find and embrace it. The person you are no longer romantically involved with is NOT the only source of LOVE and GOODNESS in this world, even though it may feel that way sometimes. You were put in this world to experience goodness and love and if you look closely enough you can find it everywhere. Cry as much as you need to but don't forget to keep an eye out for the good things too. Life is about balance. Sending you much Warm Healing energy.
