i dont like to repeat myself but i tried a few times brushing my teeth at night and i got sore teeth and gums, a sore throat , cold sores , and ageing skin 

reason is there is an immune system going on there which is disturbed if i brush more than once a day . i did use mouthwash last night and that was ok 

thanks for the suggestion of writing a book . hopefully that will happen
