the staff has discussed this, and the majority rules.

The staff has had many complaints from members and have taken a vote

There are two keywords in what Jan sent you  THE STAFF so yes, there was a discussion, and NOT by our wonderful community of members, and I informed them *STAFF* of what I was doing and asked a question at the end of the discussion which required a vote by those who wanted to participate... So I will stand up as I have, and tell you again, as I have before, I was gonna be the one who banned you, and am the one who ultimately pushed the button to ban you... I was the one who had to clean up your messes, and I want PC to once again be a place where folks can come and not worry about nothing but sharing kindness... Please do not threaten me again...

sorry Jan that doesnt make sense ... either it was his decision or he put it to a vote ... i reckon it was his by the sounds of it ... when you say put it to the vote 

who was asked I was not aware that there were 'members' as it was an open forum to which anyone could walk in without signing up to it 

possibly something you've now changed according to the page that comes up ?
