Dear Liz 

I had a look this morning for your Homeserve Policy but I could not find the documents. Anyway, it is easy enough to call them. They will identify you from your name and postcode. It is just a matter of asking them to arrange a gas engineer to check you boiler. It means that if the boiler does go wrong it will be fixed without charge. 

I find I am not in a mind for minfulness at the moment. But that might change in the summer. 

Off to have lunch with Lala today. She has just had a plumber problem: a faulty connection has flooded her kitchen. 

Lovely day here but our little garden is out of bounds, just rubble and a pile of sand waiting for the laying of paving stones.
