to the British Psycological Society 

i was just working through some stuff in a 12 step programme 

you know when you do your inventories and stuff 

and i found myself examining again my complaint about .................

who counselled me about 12 years ago 

and who said something about 'hiring a stud' 

and I'm not saying i regret making the original comment 

its just the way i did it contained unconscious racism ... 

and actually i missed out on the idea that she was joking with me and trying to help ...

admittedly i was on alot of medication at the time 

and i missed the point that she is actually quite open about sex 

in various ways that were i to meet her now i would proably appreciate !

my sponsor thought it would discredit me to write this 

and another friend felt otherwise 

i don't see why it should i did a psychology course , GCSE level actually 

and what i remember most from it was the need to dismantle your own theories ... 

so yeah ... apologies for the tone in which it was 

written ... and i kind of drew up a picture of her i think ....  hopefully which hasn't affected her too much ...
