pissed me off now I've forgotten something 

n generally i tend to tell bosses what to do or rather 

what i am going to do ... n if you have the confidence you 

can just decide how things are going to be done and get on with it .... 

n i don't know if i really have a subordination mechanism 

cus submission is different
