i thought the day centre 

visit went well 

and he was more personable 

in person than on the phone and 

i shared his views on 

some things .... 





there was a 'trainee' who was 

extremely rude 

coming in with stuff when she was just 

there to listen 

n she asked him if it was ok and not me ....
