looking after your disabled friends can be exhausting
we used to have women at home looking after everyone.
Someone has to not work in order for someone else to work
if everyone worked we'd all go berserk
you have to learn to value yourself as you are ...

yes its quite difficult to judge a situation
after a few drinks
you sound quite familiar with the scenario !
depends on the situation ....
if someone is very out of their head
you might not be able to use assertive techniques
then again i was followed once and i felt i had to use chat and banter
until the bus arrived
sometimes i become more assertive
while a group is running
only to then lose it when the group finishes

so people would not trust their judgment
about who can come into the country
Cameron sounds like he's writing an A Level essay
with this thing about marriage being the bedrock of society
the couple being some sort of economic unit

and gets very angry
Obama is more balanced and able to talk to people

we should be complimentary , not too bossy, actively listen,
sensitive, non judgemental
only share what you feel comfortable with
a group of quite vulnerable people
hopes and fears for the group
to practice expressing my feelings
find new ways of interacting, become more confident
fearing i will not be up to it
some people find their assertiveness improves
while doing a group
only to slip back again when its over
acting out a role that is not yours
you would not feel offended

Yasmins rapper singer Benedict wants to be a superhero rapper, fame
my old lady witch is into martial arts , Emerald is her name she is looking for approval
as people think she is a bad witch.
Frankie the fiddler has lost his fiddle he has a red soldier jacket
like a toy soldier.
Rockin Ronald with the dude hand sign. Im naked just get over it. Makes irritating references
to music.
Sarahs is a sweet little girl , could be looking for her name? She wont listen so
the other characters have to mime suggestions
- Jamie ... we're all a bit strange, get used to it, you and your mh prejudice
- magic is not always bad
- Sarah doesnt want her puppet to be named ...
if your named you're labelled she says . You can't always find what you
are looking for you get what you need.

the cat is stuck up a tree. Emerald is going to give superpowers to Benedict

scene 5 Emerald comes along and they are frightened and hide behind the tree

today i saw a girl begging she was sitting on the street
with an umbrella and beside her was a rook
just standing there taking shelter !
Many are homeless…
of no fault of their own.
Victims of abuses…
whether at work or at home.
And the financial effect…
on their lives takes its toll.
For they struggle to survive…
and these abuses must be told.
Many victims flee their homes…
with the clothes on their back…
carrying children with them…

arguments. He said that if people would communicate better
that the second world war would have ended differently.
If you follow that argument through the solution to the worlds problems
is more mixed race babies.
Its fascinating what happens with mixed race
like Richard Ayoade who is dark and has no trace
of black culture

in the kitchen. And the men seem to like it
they said they like being looked after.. .
