as someone that makes alot of images
I need to use extra storage space
in order to not clog up my computer .
I thought external HD was quite secure,
but recently the one i am on made a clicking noise
and Apple said that is not a good sign,
that you might need a new one.
Apparently over time 'they might fail' ...
great ...
its misleading really to call it a hard drive.
Its more like a glorified memory stick.
He said that over time they might fail like CD's do ...
I don't think so, i have CDs that are over 30 years old
they do not fail over time ...
If the hard drive inside the computer was that vulnerable
people would not bother buying computers !

After talking with you about my sleeping habits I decided that I’d make a few changes. I woke up earlier today and I’m planning on going to bed at a reasonable hour. Hopefully I’ll get back into a normal routine. We have a fantastic community center down the street that’s putting out a nice meal today and I’m planning on joining them. I’m grateful that we talked about this because I needed a little push in the right direction. :-)

I feel heartbroken
to think that my plans for working in mental health
are not going to work out ...
I have been facilitating the mindfulness group.
The thing is I'm not very good at helping others with their issues
I actually can get quite irritable around that
some of the people there are probably with learning difficulties as well
and i lack patience for them ...
probably i will kid myself again that i can do it
Im in alot of pain to realise that i will have to move on from there

for warmth and security
we have cooked and painted and meditated ...
and laughed and cried
I suppose it became my surrogate family ...
it hurts so much to feel i have reached a ceiling with them
and i am filled with grief about it

+🔪Yuno You name it, it most likely happened to her. I’m just happy that she’s doing better. :-) I'm also very encouraged by the kindness people have shown her. People can be so nasty when they get online but I'm regaining my faith in humanity around here.
