the twitching in my stomach 
this is the trouble 
with protein diets 

if you went to a woodwork class 
its no good saying why this and why that 
and what is the other student doing 

you have to do what the instructor says 
learn the subject 
before you can criticise it 

i like the way he is vulnerable with his feelings 
and does really fun popular topics  

well hopefully 
you know what its like when you up your game 
you raise the stakes 
and the devil is after your ass ! 

ive never met a man who didnt smell of anything ! 

there was one guy he did not have after shave 
but I liked the smell of the washing powder 
the cleaning fluid in the house 
and some unlit incense in the room 
it was quite intoxicating !

you know and theyre all clumsy and stuff 
and lovable 

and the smell of pheromones 
they smell to me 
of sweat and mud and woodsmoke 

and now the guys are having to cover themselves ! 
with balaclavas and stuff  

there is an owl at the dawn chorus today 

what about the null hypothesis ? 
it was a doctor patient thing 
he was showing me the way to my mental health
all this running around he said

the injection stung and hurt 
causing my arm to swell  
i had to jump away 

the tension in my body was phenomenal 
and this didnt take long 
arching my back 
the tension build and builds 
and I'm tired yet still the sail drags me forward 
relentless on towards the nebula of flight
