10 pm there is no such thing as white magic 

maybe if I lived in a sanctuary with therapists milling about 24 / 7 
and lovely scenery I might not need meds ! 

the meds help you to cope with life the way it is

 

051124 1 am my mother was thrown into an air raid shelter as a baby  and banged her head

there are other lovely parts of this town for the author to move to 

where she wont be too near to me . She can obviously go where she likes but i will not speak to her if shes round the corner
