i just had my zoom meeting
and discovered something about myself
the sharer was going through some harrowing emotions
about her divided family
and then i shared similarly about mine
and i found myself slowing down with it so i could feel the feelings !
like normally i will go through my feelings in a kind of a stalwart way
like hurry up and get your feelings done and put them back in the cupboard !
it was quite painful and shame ful to go through them slowly
but im feeling now the gift of some feelings properly felt
