someone needs to make a ' flannel wash ' lotion 

because you can clean yourself up pretty well with baby wipes 

but its obviously not good for the environment 

using a similar fluid that makes the baby wipes 

you could use a damp flannel to clean yourself 

rinse the flannel and then wipe away the lotion 

with the rinsed damp flannel
