obviously you have had one complaint and I know who it was from ... mostly i have been interacting harmoniously with members ... I have now had 3 replies from members who said in varing degrees that they didn't know about it and

were not happy about the decision ... the decision was made by yourself since you are the proprietor ... can I not at least read the board how would that upset people

anticipating your reply shortly ... regards Liz

ps can you at least write a paragraph to me explaining the gist of how my replies are rude  .. my replies are filled with compliments and positive feedback and i have received alot of positive feedback from members over the years both to my poems and my replies

This is the last time I am going to correspond with you on this matter.

This is how it works .... We have a STAFF that makes decisions and fields complaints.  When you hurt someone's feelings they do not contact you directly, they contact the STAFF and ask for something to be done about it, or they simply leave and never return.  We try to calm them down, and we mediate with the one causing the problem (you).  But the staff have been getting complaints about you from the members for a long time, and requests for correction of your behaviour have been relayed to you on SEVERAL occasions. Since Poetic Constellations IS a place of openness and sincerity we have given you chance after chance.  A decision to ban someone is NEVER made lightly and NEVER without trying to work things out but we have done that over and over again and nothing changes.  Since Bri has been dealing with you every time the complaints, and since he has had to follow after you to delete rude and uncalled for comments on peoples posts that have caused distress to those members and those who have read the posts,  HE made the decision that it was time to take the next step and he asked the STAFF for input on the matter.

A ban is never an easy decision and never done without discussion with the staff (not the open membership). Ultimately, by banning you we lose one member.  By allowing you to stay we have already lost more than one member who have refused to come back to the board because of your rudeness.  If we were not an open and accepting board you would have been banned on the first occurance, and this has been going on for years if memory serves me right, so I would say we have tried our best and you are out of chances.
