k so speaking of smells 
I have my rejuvenating treatments 
which also help my mental health 
but involve eating raw garlic , seaweed 
and cold lemon juice in the evenings 

so in the evenings I smell of garlic
and have bits of seaweed around my chops 
quite a lot of the time 

although I can probably take a night off them if necessary
