misc notes/draft
a familiar sight ... comes back at him but hits the net ... his heart
was relentless he never gave up ... imperious on the courts
and physically undone ... a needle match, gruelling
tennis, striking the ground strokes with blistered
toe he saw a seagull feather. Stretching out
his hamstrings he walloped a slow
bouncing high ball striking the
ground with greater fluency
... coming to the net 41
times clutching his
ankle
the deepest funk
a tight hamstring, heavy blisters
extremely close to winning a slam
the ebbs and flows of the match ... the
pain was longer than it was sharp ... a drawn
out struggle ... blood and blisters delivered the
agony ... a whizz bang hat trick ... dog fight? I did
say this one is quicker ... do you really think Im stupid ?
I went for more aggressive shots ... a three set humiliation
my right foot wrapped needing pain freezing gel ...
tapping my foot for stamina controlling the
stuttering pace ... he held himself off
from capitalising on a lapse in
focus ... hitting a new level
with the second tie break
when the break came
the cards tumbled onto
the table ... he's an incredible
returner ... it was a very tough match
a rolled ankle and a sore head which he
banged on his second fall ... a shower of
bile followed his long poorly timed medical
break .... reliving those big moments like a dream
like when Clijsters won the french ... the whole crowd
gasped, hecklers and hustlers on the court ... a primeval
roar as he slams the door shut ... resisting ripping off his shirt
