watching me chatting to friends watching me 
in rehab in therapy in my bedroom when i am going to
bed ... it watches my internet activity and the contents of my stereo

and what has the entity done to qualify for this role ?

my recommendations for mental health ...
keep it simple

recovery is boring don't try to liven it up to entertain the staff

leave things alone

fallow fields take years to recover some people will just sit in cafes chatting to friends ...

good old fashioned tea and sympathy ... from a professional who can take it , preferably one that is not mentally ill ...

professionals should be assessed for their progress with their own issues 

and their use of therapy for themselves .... there are ways of probing for this ....
