Nothing. My work requires that I operate through a limited company to generate fees and income, and I am therefore broadly unaffected by the employment market and whether employees have robust employment rights or fair remuneration.
However, as a socialist who is dedicated to the achievement of socialism through democratic action, then I need a strong and effective labour movement, especially when the parliamentary arm of my social democratic movement is abjectly pro-market, and by default, therefore, does not champion the causes and values I expect
