peer mentoring
we're encouraged to seek help from the course tutors
so I said I'm finding it difficult to switch off from the course
which makes it difficult to switch back on to the course
when I can't get a break from it
I've asked if we might talk about this during a class at some point
see if anyone else has the same thing going on
get some tips from each other
