conflict is not always a negative thing , depending on how you see it
its not always a fight
like when I was at college we had to do sometimes a project in pairs
and the two of us would conflict hugely about the design
and it was all part of a creative process
I remember going to Amsterdam with this other guy
we stayed on a barge while we studied dutch design for a project
and some would argue that if you're not conflicting at all
then you're not being honest
