I just got up from the computer to get a snack and a coffee 
and realised I could make two trips for that ! 
one for the snack and one for the coffee ( exciting times ! ) 
so as to stretch my legs more often 
because its easy to just sit here for 2 hours chatting 
I also noticed that while watching tv one reaches for the remote 
and I can feel my stomach muscles pulling when I reach over 
so I could do that movement more often instead of lying there !  
what if these micro movements added up
