The ONE and ESSENTIAL top priority inquiry should focus on the accusers, the victims. On what they’ve got to say, on who they’re saying it about.
Everything should centre on that, and work outwards, turning over rocks from the inside.

Well yes indeed.

As compared to pontificating from the outside in idiot tabloid terms like the worthless Sarah's Law which has lead to more people being falsely accused and attacked than child abusers being caught.
