I think also the more recent the footage the more likely I am to throw a wobbler about it …

thats not a guarantee of anything I reserve the right to turn up and throw a wobbler at any time if i feel I am being denigrated

I don’t see the need for any treaty …. just follow the normal code for using other peoples material i.e. be respectful

minimal and subtle … in fact you can’t really be faulted if you do that don’t just copy it blindly
