And since you are obvious sitting there watching may ask, very humbly, that you allow Tara’s return as soon as possible, assuming it was you that deaded her. She really is an asset, though perhaps a little stubborn at times.

She was a previously banned poster which, in and of itself, should have been enough for her to have been banned again according to Cif's community standards. The fact that she is an incorrigible bully towards anyone who doesn't share her views probably didn't help much, either.
