Lava behavior

Disappointing. Someone called Nazo on the tech blogs posted a Firefox script that flattens nested comments and puts them back in the right order. A decision to ban someone is NEVER made lightly and NEVER without trying to work things out but we have done that over and over again and nothing changes. Since Bri has been dealing with you every time the complaints, and since he has had to follow after you to delete rude and uncalled for comments on peoples posts that have caused distress to those members and those who have read the posts, HE made the decision that it was time to take the next step and he asked the STAFF for input on the matter.
A ban is never an easy decision and never done without discussion with the staff (not the open membership). Ultimately, by banning you we lose one member. By allowing you to stay we have already lost more than one member who have refused to come back to the board because of your rudeness. If we were not an open and accepting board you would have been banned on the first occurance, and this has been going on for years if memory serves me right, so I would say we have tried our best and you are out of chances.

There are two keywords in what Jan sent you THE STAFF so yes, there was a discussion, and NOT by our wonderful community of members, and I informed them *STAFF* of what I was doing and asked a question at the end of the discussion which required a vote by those who wanted to participate... So I will stand up as I have, and tell you again, as I have before, I was gonna be the one who banned you, and am the one who ultimately pushed the button to ban you... I was the one who had to clean up your messes, and I want PC to once again be a place where folks can come and not worry about nothing but sharing kindness... Please do not threaten me again...
