You're such a beautiful soul, you keep getting back up even after your family continue to not treat you properly. I find it astonishing that they can't even give you 1 call after you've been to see your brother which obviously can be quite an unusual and possibly even dangerous social interaction. You're making all the right moves though, it's your aunt and your dad that need to step up. They need to be there for you and your brother more than they are especially given the situation. What if you told your doctor that you don't have the energy to collect all those papers and to talk with all those people. He may be able to set you up with someone who can do those things for you. If he's already going to set you up with someone to help out with your housework, he obviously believes that you don't have a lot of energy - right?

I need PIP In order to attend social events that are good for my mental health
and in which i also help out. I would become isolated and unwell if i didnt have the money
and at risk of going back into hospital ...
i have to pay for my therapy and for alternative therapies
phone calls, transport etc to make contact with others
cuts to services for people with disabilities
what effec that is going to have on me
transport to rehab groups, lunch ,
ME
it takes me 3 hours to get ready in the morning
it has been like that for years and i don't know why
huge energy bills
i don't have money for clothes or CDs
i would get very isolated
psychiatrist support
i have been ill for 30 years, I'm hardly going to just walk into a job
I am responsible for big repair bills, like £70 per plumbing job
and don't want to make myself intentionally homeless …
there are not alot of council houses
i don't have the energy to work all day
i don't have any way of earning money

Dear Katyia, it is wise of you to be on guard for him attempting to get money. I know he is your brother, but I am sure you know how drugs can make a person do anything to get more...including deceiving the ones they love. Get help from your family to deal with this. You need to have family help, and he will need professional help. You have made so much progress (even smiling woo hoo!) and don't let anyone or anything take that smile away again. You cannot do it alone and you must concentrate on staying healthy yourself. You have a lot of people who care, and I hope you will not let this bring you down. Stay strong!

Hi MrKatyia! I also speak Spanish, but I'm very sorry about what happened with some of the comments from the people who speak my language... People can be too abusive sometimes, but it's them who are bitter, angry with life or who knows what, who have an emptiness in their hearts, and who try to release themselves from their own load by making others feel bad. I think it's them we should feel sad about!
I know it must be very hard sometimes and that it's not easy for others to understand how you feel... I remember how bad it felt when my father passed away from an accident when I was a kid, and when my grandparents, who were like my second parents to me, passed away due to their age... I remember how hard it was to overcome, how many years it took... I don't think I've surpassed those feelings completely even today yet, but now I try to embrace all my feelings, including sadness, and I think it's the best way for me to let go and not be overcome by them. Because I've experienced how worse it can be if we leave this sadness hidden inside of us... Someone told me once that we should never hide our feelings inside, but I didn't hear at the beginning. This person also told me that we only have one human experience, and that we shouldn't reject our feelings, but live them through. Having both happiness and sadness is part of our experience on this world after all.
I have a feeling that you're a great and wonderful person, and I sincerely wish you many blessings and that you feel better soon.

Yeap, online friends are the best... You can turn them off by a simply touch of the key and you can always delete whatever they say that offended you. Wish all friends were like that. :-)
